Lost orders: We shall investigate and reship should the investigation find the order is lost. Please allow up to 2 weeks for this process.
Shipping delays: We will do our best to ensure your order gets to you quickly, however there are times when this is out of our control, please be patient as we will ensure you receive your purchased items.
Broken or damaged products: : This is very rare as all items are packaged extremely well, however if you do receive a damaged or broken item please take a photo of the product , our invoice and the full package so we can arrange a re-shipment.  
International VAT & Charges: :  While most countries we ship to do not charge any taxes or duties, please note that we are not responsible for those fees and charges.
Refused Shipments: If you refuse a parcel that you have ordered from our store, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of the return. We will deduct a restocking fee equal to 50% of your order if you refuse your parcel and it is returned back to our warehouse. We STRONGLY recommend that you collect your parcel.
Tracking: All orders are traceable through your local post tracking service with your tracking number provided (please check your email and buyer account as we always provide a tracking number) and a signature is required on all deliveries. If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered successfully, we will not accept cases or disputes raised.
